Prerequisites

Applicant must have completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 program (or ASHP preliminary accreditation status) before beginning of PGY2 residency year and must be eligible for New York State Licensure.

Note: New York State has a 2‐day written and practical component to the licensure examination. A waiver for this examination is NOT offered through our program

Application Process

Candidates are required to complete and submit an online electronic application through PhORCAS. No hardcopy applications will be accepted.

  • Letter of intent
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
  • Pharmacy school transcripts
  • Three PhORCAS standardized references

After receipt of all application materials above, applicants will be reviewed and a select number of candidates will be invited for a required onsite interview.
