Rachel Duewiger, PharmD

Research Project: Effect of GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist on patient’s insulin requirements.
Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy spending time with my family, boyfriend and many pets. I enjoy cooking and baking and love to be outside.
Why I Chose Catholic Health Pharmacy Residency Program: I chose Catholic Health because I feel that the preceptors really enjoy teaching and helping residents grow. Sisters of Charity Hospital in particular has a great focus on ambulatory care, including a PGY-2 in ambulatory care, which is one of my biggest interests.

Why I Chose Catholic Health Pharmacy Residency Program: I chose Catholic Health because of the many different learning experiences that are available throughout the health system. Additionally, during the interview process, it was very clear that I would receive endless support and encouragement from my preceptors which was very important to me.
