If you need assistance with any aspect of our Catholic Health Connect Patient Portal, please call (716) 706-2110 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

If You Are a Physician or Practice Staff Member:

For issues related to the Catholic Health Connect application, please contact the MobileMD Operations Support Team by email at mmd.catholichealthconnect-support.healthcare@cerner.com. Alternatively, the MobileMD Operations Support Team can be reached on weekdays from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (ET) at (877) 210-3491.

When emailing MobileMD, please do not include protected health information (PHI), which includes patient names, dates of birth, social security numbers, etc. If this information is necessary to describe the issue, please call our support line.
