Interests/Hobbies: Outside of pharmacy, I enjoy finding new food spots around Buffalo, reading new books, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
Why I Chose Catholic Health Pharmacy Residency Program: The reason that I chose CHS for residency was that everyone here was so welcoming and encouraging at the interview. I felt that this was the perfect place for me to grow as a pharmacist between the supportive environment and ample opportunities!
Research Project: Comparison of High Dose vs Low Dose Intravenous Steroid Use in Acute COPD Exacerbation
Interests/Hobbies: I love spending time with my family, especially my lively 2.5-year-old toddler—she keeps me on my toes and brings so much joy! I also enjoy exploring different cuisines and experimenting in the kitchen. If I weren’t in pharmacy, I’d be pursuing my dream of becoming a chef.
Why I Chose Catholic Health Pharmacy Residency Program: I chose Catholic Health because of the welcoming and supportive environment, the dedicated preceptors, and the great opportunities to learn and grow as a pharmacist. I have a strong interest in cardiology, so I was especially drawn to the excellent cardiac care offered here. I’m also excited to care for a diverse patient population and be part of a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Interests/Hobbies: Playing chess, going on walks at the Tift nature preserve, and watching the Steelers and Yankees

CHS offers a wide variety of rotations that are not only tailored to my interests, but also challenge me to continually grow into a well-rounded pharmacist.
